Read below for more information. 1) DATA ACQUISITION: Sonometrics offers our customer our own in house "SonoLAB” for data acquisition. SonoLAB comes bundled with our sonomicrometer and data acquisition hardware. Click here for an example Sonolab screen 2) DATA ANALYSIS: Once your data has been acquired you can view and work with it offline using our SonoVIEW for Windows program which also comes bundled with our sonomicrometer hardware. Typical channel operations with this trace viewing and display package include basic mathmatics, derivatives and various volume calculations. Other, more specialized off line data analysis software packages include: CardioSoft CardioSoft is an off-line analysis program dedicated to answering cardiovascular research questions. By taking advantage of our hardware's ability to acquire both sonomicrometry distances as well as standard analog input signals (such as arterial pressure or EKG), many cardiac indices can be derived including full PV loop analysis, PRSW, TAU, etc can quickly be determined. SonoXYZ SonoXYZ enables the user to determine crystal positions for 3D analysis. Using data files from our sonomicrometer, SonoXYZ calculates the Cartesian coordinates of each crystal throughout the time course of an experiment [link to 3Dview].
